Job Description

Location: Raleigh (Glenwood Ave area)

Pay: $20-$25/hour depending on experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Administrative Support professional to assist our Human Resources team. This role will provide administrative and operational support across a variety of HR functions and requires flexibility, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team across multiple functions (recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and operations)
  • Maintain and update HR records, databases, and spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy
  • Assist with report creation and data analysis using Microsoft Excel
  • Prepare presentations and materials using PowerPoint
  • Coordinate interviews, meetings, and HR-related events
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc HR initiatives as needed
  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document management

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, formulas, reporting)
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and ability to create professional presentations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
